Endless Journey
Stay for as long as the words ask you to.

What it may seem, it may not be,
Wherever that is, nowhere it may be,
Memories of the past that bind us together,
In the heart, in the soul, it flows,
Beyond the time and counts,
What is left that all I can see,
From an oar-less boat on a high sea,
With the tides soaring beyond the edge,
What can I do, for I am trapped in the boat?
Only a hope to see the light of the day, and,
Dream of a hand reaching out for the boat,
For me, for there is all that means, but,
I wish the journey were done, for I am too tired,
Tides and boat are no longer the primes,
As I see your face, mother, the all-mother,
At last, happiness blooms in me,
Like a flower in the spring morning day,
My heart, my soul beats within you,
The endless journey that calls upon me,
Binds the past, present and the future,
Altogether in your wisdom’s feet.
